How does the sizing of your clothing run?
Unless otherwise indicated in a listing, all clothing items are unisex. This means that they work for men, women, boys and girls. Size charts are available on each individual product listing.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we will honor any mistakes on our end. Please let us know if there was an error and we will be happy to fix it.
CUSTOM ORDERS | We are not responsible for any errors (spelling, wrong information, etc) after the proof has been approved by you and the order has been printed. There will be a charge for re-printing.
COLOR | Please note that colors can vary slightly due to the device they are viewed on.
What are your turn around times?
Due to our made-to-order process, our turnaround time fluctuates regularly. Our current TAT is always listed at the top of our home page. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with Canada Post tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
What does made-to-order mean?
Made-to-order means that items are not made until after an order is placed.
What are the care instructions for printed items?
We encourage you to wash all printed items inside out on cold normal cycle and lay flat to dry to ensure your shirt stays in the best shape possible. DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY ON PRINTED AREAS.
What is your shipping policy?
Each item will ship via Canada Post with tracking, unless you select "No Tracking" at checkout.
"No Tracking" is only available for select items.
Locality is not responsible for any delays that may occur once the package has been shipped with Canada Post.
My order says it has shipped but tracking has not updated, what now?
We create your shipping label the day your package ships. If tracking has not updated, Canada Post has missed a scan along the way. It should not delay the delivery of your item(s). Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to orders shipping to the United States. Locality is not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Can I order a custom item?
Yes, we do offer custom orders for most of our products. Please email us at hello@localityco.ca to discuss custom orders.
